We Make It Convenient For You
If it’s easy for you to come to us, we will gladly meet you in our office in San Antonio, Texas. However, we know that if you are recovering from an injury, traveling might be difficult. In that case, we will come to you. We will come to your home, the hospital or anywhere else that is convenient for you.
We are also not confined to typical business hours. If it’s best for you to meet with us later in the evening or on a weekend, we will be glad to do that.
Review Your Case
After we get to know each other, we will ask you to tell us about what happened. We may ask some questions about your injury or accident to better understand what caused your accident and how you have been affected by it.
Complete An Intake Form
The first time we meet, we will have you complete an intake form, which asks for basic information about you and your injuries. The intake form helps ensure we have good records of how your injuries have been affecting you.
Explain Your Options
Next, we will explain what your most likely options are and what your case may be worth. We take an honest approach to case evaluation. We will not mislead you into thinking your case is worth more or less than it likely is. Instead, we strive to give you the most accurate information we can, so you know what to expect.
Determine What You Need To Recover
We know that the legal aspect of your injury is just one piece of the puzzle. You may also need help finding a doctor or securing transportation if your vehicle was damaged. We are here to help with all of it. We will help you find a doctor, we will find you a rental car or hire a car to get you to and from work, and we will do anything else you need to regain control of your life. And we won’t make you pay for any of it.
What To Bring To Your Consultation
It is helpful for us to have a copy of the police report from your accident, if there is one. If you don’t have one, don’t worry. We will find it for you. Otherwise, all we need at your first consultation is you.
